Yet when asked, teachers point to the ongoing challenge of finding high-quality, instructionally aligned digital content for their classrooms.
In a world where every Google search returns millions of options, teachers are still just as adrift as the Ancient Mariner: “Water, water everywhere, and not a drop to drink.”
Solution
To begin to solve the problem of easily connecting teachers to high-quality content for their classrooms, we must first start with the purpose of that content: providing instruction that is aligned to the state standards of learning.
This is the gold standard for any digital resource: does it align to and support the mastery of standards-based instruction?
Finding and aligning content for specific instructional purposes is what TEG has dedicated much of its research and development efforts to over the last decade.
